1. Request period
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment if the software has not been digitally delivered or activated, you were charged more than once for the same order, the payment amount was incorrect, or we cannot provide the purchased service.
2. ₹9 introductory subscription
If the first-year Site5 subscription has already been activated and made available, the ₹9 introductory fee is ordinarily non-refundable because digital delivery has begun. This does not limit remedies required by applicable consumer law or refunds for duplicate, unauthorised or erroneous charges.
3. Custom work and optional services
For separately quoted custom work, the refundable amount depends on work completed and non-recoverable third-party costs. We will explain any deduction. Work not yet performed and costs not yet incurred are refundable when the request is otherwise eligible.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@indigitalit.com with the payer name, registered email or phone, amount, date, reason and Razorpay payment ID or order ID. Do not share card numbers, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
5. Review and processing
We normally acknowledge requests within 2 business days and communicate the decision within 5 business days after receiving complete information. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Razorpay and the customer’s bank may require approximately 5–10 business days after initiation to credit the amount; bank processing time is outside our direct control.
6. Failed or pending transactions
If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, first allow the bank or payment network’s normal reconciliation period. Send us the payment ID if the status remains unresolved. A failed payment automatically reversed by the bank is not a merchant refund.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve eligible claims. Filing a false or duplicate dispute after receiving a refund may delay resolution. Nothing here restricts lawful chargeback rights.
Razorpay is the payment facilitator and cannot decide whether Site5 services should be refunded. Indigital Technologies LLP reviews and initiates eligible refunds.
